We will spend a lengthy first visit talking through your past medical history, and current state of health in mind, body, and spirit. Together we will create and craft a treatment plan that may include lab work, a curated herbal, supplement, and nutritional plan, meditation or other lifestyle changes, and more. I am here to be your guide and support through this process and will do my best to steer you toward your most well self.
